What is “Afiyah”?

Afiyah is a holistic program by “Shorasha”, created to help you regain psychological, emotional, and behavioral balance, and develop yourself across life domains. It’s a real transformation journey that starts with one step: choosing to be well.

Why Afiyah?

Everyday life—with its relationships, duties, and pressures—leaves marks we often notice only when we’re drained. Afiyah gives you tools to understand yourself, heal what hurts, and restore balance, connection, and inner peace.

Through deep, practical sessions, you will learn to:

Program Types

1) Afiyah — Individual

8 sessions with 90 minutes each, twice per week — total 12 hours.

Private and tailored to your real needs. Guided 1-to-1 work to dive deep, understand patterns, and release limiting habits.

2) Afiyah — Duo/Group

A total of 9 hours shared between participants (e.g., spouses or friends).

A shared awareness journey that reminds you you’re not alone, fostering hope, motivation, and open expression.
